I cant believe that I completed my second round of P90x.  Its amazing how time flys by especially when your losing weight and getting in shape.  Now I have to admit that I took 2-3 weeks off from working out and I feel it everywhere.  Recently I stopped working out completely not only because I finished P90x again but we had our second child and I have been waiting for my second beachbody program, RevAbs.  So I am writing because I have new challenge ahead of me and would like to also post my results with before and after pictures(when I’m done).  I lost a total of 28 pounds after 2 rounds of P90x and now in fantastic shape.  I was asked the other day how much I lost the second time through and it was only 5 pounds.  I think I had lost the right amount of weight so maybe that’s why but I am more cut than ever. I mentioned that since I took off a few weeks and started eating bad that I felt it everywhere.  Well I gained 6 pounds back and went from 8% body fat to 12%.  Still not happy with these numbers so I plan on going from 12% to 5% BODY FAT.  Check out my next journey below as I start on October 31 and end 90 days later on January 31st.  If you have done any of the Beachbody workouts in the past or currently doing one then sign up for free and lets workout together.  Also check out the Coach opportunity as well if you know someone interested in loosing weight.
