My name is Gianni Licari and I am a Coach with Beach Body.
I am a normal person just like you that wants to stay in shape but cant afford to buy a personal trainer. If you have ever purchased a gym membership in the past stop and think of how much you spent each month and the end results after it expired. I have spent several thousand dollars on memberships in the past and I was annoyed that I never really had a game plan going into the gym everyday. I personally think the gym is great and if you have time to drive there, workout and then come home, FANTASTIC. Most of us don’t have the time or the energy to figure out what exercise to do when we get there and on what day.
I personally didn’t go to the gym anymore because I struggled to stay in shape. My results were always the same and I was always being sized up by everyone else. I have been looking for a better way to stay in shape and I finally found one.
