P90X Meal of the week (Dinner)

Lemon-Parsley Chicken Breasts

2 whole chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1/3 c. white wine
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. parsley, fresh
In a measuring cup, combine wine, lemon juice and garlic. Pound each breast until 1/4 inch thick and lightly coat with bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and brown chicken, 5 minutes on each side. Stir wine mixture and pour over chicken in skillet. Sprinkle on parsley and let simmer 5 minutes. Serve with pan juices

My P90x Experience(Coach Silvano)

Decide To Make A Change

When most people think of a Coach, they think personal trainer. On the right track, but I primarily inform people about P90x and how it’s helped my personal fitness. I was once in your position, searching to find information and reviews about workout programs and ways to build muscle, when I was informed by my brother Gianni Licari about this P90x program. He heard about it from a friend who had already been doing it for a while and had seen great results, so I figured what do I have to lose. It was the best investment I made in quite some time and I couldn’t be happier with my results.
