RevAbs on Good Morning America!

I am currently doing this workout and my wife lisa has decided to join me in the 90 day journey. We both love the program and the minimal time everyday that it takes to do the workouts.   We are on week two and pleasantly surprised at what 30-45 min a day can do to your body and the way you feel.  Before this workout I did P90x twice and I would have to say that nothing is as challenging as P90x.  The results I got were amazing and have changed the way I exercise and eat.  The nice thing about RevAbs is that it’s different and you really don’t feel like your doing an Ab workout.  My wife Lisa (a mother of two) has already lost inches on her waistline and several pounds in 2 weeks.  We have 2 children under 16 months so If you have time constraints then this will do the trick.  Not only can you get into shape but how about a little bonding time with your spouse.  Once you pass this 90 day workout you can then move up to P90x.  Heck even if your looking for a great holiday

Body Transformation #2

I cant believe that I completed my second round of P90x.  Its amazing how time flys by especially when your losing weight and getting in shape.  Now I have to admit that I took 2-3 weeks off from working out and I feel it everywhere.  Recently I stopped working out completely not only because I finished P90x again but we had our second child and I have been waiting for my second beachbody program, RevAbs.  So I am writing because I have new challenge ahead of me and would like to also post my results with before and after pictures(when I’m done).  I lost a total of 28 pounds after 2 rounds of P90x and now in fantastic shape.  I was asked the other day how much I lost the second time through and it was only 5 pounds.  I think I had lost the right amount of weight so maybe that’s why but I am more cut than ever. I mentioned that since I took off a few weeks and started eating bad that I felt it everywhere.  Well I gained 6 pounds back and went from 8% body fat to 12%.  Still not happy with these numbers so I plan on going from
