High Protein Granola Bars (Homemade)

By phattyfit On April 28, 2010 Under Meal Plan, P90X, Workout

Below you will find a great recipe that I discovered for those that are on a little bit of a budget or want to try baking something.  I always find it tough to eat something that is going to help me build my muscles and as I will always recommend the P90x protein bars I wanted to give an alternative.  The best days to eat these are when you do any body strengthening like P90x Ab Ripper, Chest & Back, Shoulders & Tri’s etc.  I have included a page dedicated to eating healthy meals and slowly adding recipes for people to try out.  I think back before I was a coach and always tried looking for something good to eat without sacrificing my calories.  I think my results turned out to be fantastic and eating right made me the most successful.  Some people contact me and tell me that they have only lost so many pounds and they want to know what there doing wrong.  The first thing I tell them is look into your diet and start writing everthing down.  After a week re-evaluate and change some things up because 9 times out of 10 if your pushing play everyday then the logical reason is your diet needs to be altered.  Maybe you should look into my free nutrition and P90X guides if your having trouble.
