Insanity Fit Test
So I started the Insanity workout last week Monday the 21st and let me tell you that I’m impressed! For those of you that don’t know about the program it is a 60 day solution to a better body. The fit test is part of the day 1 workout and consists of 8 individual moves. I have taken a picture to show you the moves but I will also put down my numbers and update accordingly. Do as many reps as you can in one minute without stopping!
1. Switch Kicks – 40
2. Power Jacks – 45
3. Power Kness – 70
4. Power Jumps – 20 (By this point I was gasping for air so the numbers start to go down)
5. Globe Jumps – 11
6. Suicide Jumps – 12
7. Push Up Jacks – 20
8. Low Plank Oblique – 30
So the numbers are down and my next fit test is on day 15, then day 36, day 50 and day 63. I will be updating them on this post so stay tuned for the next update. Overall the workout is crazy intense but well worth the pain and sweat. Recommended with this program is the recovery drink and shakeology but then it depends on what kind of results you’re looking for. I will be continuing my Insanity journey and updating you through the process but please feel free to offer words of encouragement!
