Insanity Program

This is the newest addition to the BeachBody company. I have a friend doing this program right now and he said its the best thing ever. A 60 day program that consists of 45 min workouts of non stop cardio. After my second time through P90X and 1 round of RevAbs I have finally started the program below. Many are trying to compare this program to the P90x program and there is truly no comparison besides the end results. If you haven’t done either one of them then I suggest P90x first because you are not always doing cardio where Insanity is crazy cardio. If you want to build muscle then do P90X and if you want to tone then do Insanity. With P90x you have things like Yoga X, Chest and Back, and Ab ripper X. I do admit I’m a little bias but it also has been out longer and more have succeeded with P90x. Either way check out the clip or just start it and let me know how it is. It was an hour long workout and around the last 10 minutes of it I almost passed out. I fell to my knees and couldn’t breathe for like 30 seconds.
