P90X Meal of the Weak (Lunch)
We discovered these Multigrain thin rolls one day at Costco and took them home to try. They are actually very good for sandwiches and toast in the morning. Tuna is a great source of protein and good after a workout like P90X legs and back. Any workout that requires building muscle will also require protein to help build muscle. I love this for lunch on a Saturday but it always seems that I could eat three of these. Its pretty normal so couple it with an apple or banana. Tuna Sandwich
1 Arnold/ Oroweat Multigrain sandwich thin roll
4 oz canned tuna
1 tbsp. light Dijon Vinaigrette
1 tbsp. black olives
½ c. arugala-loosely packed
½ tomato-sliced
1 tbsp. hummus
½ hard boiled egg, sliced (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste (not too much)
Directions
Remove tuna from can and drain liquid completely. Mix the Dijon with the tuna thoroughly. Place the tuna on the bottom half of the thin roll. Add the sliced olives, arugula, sliced tomatoes and hummus. You can then add the last two ingredients to taste. Then just put the top of the thin roll on and eat.
