P90X Bands
I personally think they are a great investment if you travel a lot and do a few overnights or more a month. The bands come in a variety of pounds and are easy to travel with. I usually stay in a hotel about 2 nights a month and always pack these, the DVD’s and of course a DVD player. There pretty self explanatory so I wont go on about them. The nice thing about them is that there cheaper than dumbells and you get a set of 10. The variety is good for any of the P90X workouts plus they store away easily!
