Chocolate Banana Protein Bars (Homemade)

By phattyfit On April 21, 2010 No Comments

If you just put up some cash for the P90X DVD set congrats!  People are always asking me where they can buy beachbody programs for cheap and I tell them nowhere.  So I am gonna help you by saving money on the food side.  I still make these on occasion but I still like the P90X bars because like most of us we live a fast paced life and don’t have the time.  These are great to have after any workout but especially after chest/back or back and biceps.  The experts recommend that you get approximately 80 grams of protein a day so eat them in between your main healthy meals.  For those of you that have already graduated or starting to see results stop sending your friends to the beachbody site to buy P90x.  Sign up as a coach and earn some money while doing your favorite workouts!  Contact me for questions @ Gianni@phattyfit.com.  ENJOY!
