P90X Results After 90 Day Program
Many are probably wondering why I am promoting using P90X and other Beach Body products. Well now you will be able to see my results and ask yourself if your ready! If you want to know who else is doing P90X then look at my celeb list. Its weird posting pictures of yourself on the web where everyone can see them but I finally stuck with something that was fun and easy to follow. My pictures below are from my Day 1, Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90. My neck was a size 16 and now its a size 15. My biceps have enlarged from size 13 to size 14. My waist has shrunk tremendously from a size 36 to a wonderful 32 thanks to Ab Ripper X. The improvements go on and on but the pictures don’t lie. P90X has really changed my life and it will change yours too!
P90X Day 1
I look at these first shots and I wonder how I was ever comfortable with this look. Oh wait I wasn’t! I couldn’t control what went into my mouth.
P90X Day 30
At the 30 day point I was finally not sore anymore and starting to see some progress. Thanks to the recovery drinks that helped me get through it. The other thing I noticed at day 30 was that I was sleeping better and had more energy. Weird what a consistent diet does!
P90X Day 60
These shots were taken at the family cottage close to my birthday. Please don’t look at the hair, for some reason I wanted to try and grow it out. At this point I was starting to feel like I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. This was around the time when others started noticing my change take place. I felt great and started encouraging others to take the challenge. What do you think?

I really think that this program will fit your needs if your committed to making a lifestyle change like I did. The hardest part for me was picking one hour throughout the day and scheduling the workout at the same time no matter what. I have a little girl that wants full attention when I get home from work so I decided to workout in the wee hours of the morning. I got up every morning at 5:45am and then showered and went to work. This way when I got home I could play with her and hang out with my wife. The program came with a nutrition booklet and meal plan as well but I never followed it. What I did do was read what foods were good and what were bad and made meals accordingly. The diet that I followed was very simple: Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with 3 snacks in between those meals. I never ate past 8pm and completely cleaned out the cupboards of not so healthy foods. I also would like to give props to my awesome wife as she truly made this diet work for me. Always encouraged me and even made most of the meals for me. She gets the best wife ever award! We just had our second child and my wife is excited to start P90x or possibly the ChaLean program soon. My new journey will begin soon! RevAbs!
I will provide a sample of what I ate just to give you an idea.
Breakfast: Egg Whites w/ whole wheat toast and peanut butter orKashi cereal with soy milk or 1 cup oatmeal w/ touch of Brown sugar.
Snack:1 cup of unsalted almonds and a banana or a fiber bar(costco has the best deal)
Lunch:Egg salad on whole wheat bun and side of fresh fruit orbeach body protein shake or grilled chicken salad w/ dressing on the side
Snack: Energy bar(low in sugar, fat) or fiber bar orfresh fruit(apple, banana)
Dinner: Grilled chicken w/ vegetable and baked potato(plain) or Grilled salmon w/ veggies orAnything with high protein
Sweets at night (before 8pm) for being good: The only thing I ever had was pudding w/ no sugar, no fat and very little calories
I can’t tell you how much water I drank but it was no less than 64 ounces a day. No cola, No beer, No juice. Also get the recovery drink because your going to be sore for a few weeks and this drink mix helps with soreness and recovery. Your body needs proper nutrition and this stuff tastes good.
