P90X Meal of the Week (Dinner!)
This one is very simple and will only take about 35 minutes to make. I have a vegetable garden and grow massive zucchini but my wife never knows what to do with all of them. You can only make so many before you tired of them. I notice if you buy them at any produce store they are not good and half the size. Below you will find a simple way to help with your p90x results. I always think the food is never enough so typically I will add a few sides. Brown rice and a small salad with oil and vinegar. Remember that celebrities get in good shape because they can pay someone to eat healthy but if your not filthy rich I would assume you try the meal out below. I didn’t put amount for each because it is all based on preference and how much you really want. Please let me know your thoughts.

Gingerbread Tottie
This drink will cure all colds, well not cure but clear you’re sinuses out! This hot Tottie will get you warm, and make you think you are eating gingerbread cookies in the process. Jay-Z and Usher have a song called Hot Tottie so maybe you can play that and sip on some of this!

- 1 oz. gingerbread liqueur
- 1 lemon wedge
- 8 oz. hot water
- cinnamon stick (optional)
Pour ingredients into a preheated mug in the order listed. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick to stir. Serves 1.
