I have been fielding a lot of questions regarding the P90X guides and how helpful they are.  The P90X guides are helpful in that they tell you obviously what workout to do on what day and week.  What the P90X guides fail to do is give you each individual workout guide and how long you can expect the workout to be.  Beachbody also gives you a nutrition booklet with what to eat and what to stay away from.  A few healthy meals are in the booklet as well but nothing to crazy.  So why am I writing about the P90X guides?  I am writing today to tell you that there is a better guide out there.  This guide is very intense and descriptive to help you along the way of becoming in better shape.  It comes in a excel spreadsheet that is customized to your goals and fit test.  See usually the first P90X DVD

Below you will find a large amount of celebrities that have used P90x in many different ways.  Some are athletes that used it to keep in better shape and some to look slim on the red carpet but either way its impressive.  There are plenty of companies paying celebrities and athletes big money to endorse their products and with P90X athletes and celebrities asking Beach Body to endorse the program for nothing, because they love it.  Dozens more twitter about it or let the world know through facebook and other social networks.  I’m pretty sure the list below ate healthy as well as used the program effectively so if you need ideas for meals then click here!
