P90X VS Insanity!
Lately I have been fielding lots of questions about which Beachbody exercise program people should do so I am here to tell you the differences of the two most popular. The main items I will cover are level of difficulty, number of days, cost, results, and which one is my favorite.
Level of difficulty

P90x is super hard for the first 30 days and after that it starts to become easier. Your doing things to your body that you haven’t done since high school.(unless your still in high school) Things like pull ups, squats, Yoga, Kenpo X, plyometrics and the list can go on but I think anyone can do this program. It’s all in your head! On a scale of 1 – 10 and 10 being the highest I would say for first timers a 10 but after at least one round you would rate it an 8.
Insanity is super hard as well but a different degree of difficulty. See the main difference is that you don’t need any extra equipment like P90x. P90x requires items like a pull up bar an weights
