I cant believe that I completed my second round of P90x. Its amazing how time flys by especially when your losing weight and getting in shape. Now I have to admit that I took 2-3 weeks off from working out and I feel it everywhere. Recently I stopped working out completely not only because I finished P90x again but we had our second child and I have been waiting for my second beachbody program, RevAbs. So I am writing because I have new challenge ahead of me and would like to also post my results with before and after pictures(when I’m done). I lost a total of 28 pounds after 2 rounds of P90x and now in fantastic shape. I was asked the other day how much I lost the second time through and it was only 5 pounds. I think I had lost the right amount of weight so maybe that’s why but I am more cut than ever. I mentioned that since I took off a few weeks and started eating bad that I felt it everywhere. Well I gained 6 pounds back and went from 8% body fat to 12%. Still not happy with these numbers so I plan on going from 12% to 5% BODY FAT.
