Body Transformation #2

I cant believe that I completed my second round of P90x.  Its amazing how time flys by especially when your losing weight and getting in shape.  Now I have to admit that I took 2-3 weeks off from working out and I feel it everywhere.  Recently I stopped working out completely not only because I finished P90x again but we had our second child and I have been waiting for my second beachbody program, RevAbs.  So I am writing because I have new challenge ahead of me and would like to also post my results with before and after pictures(when I’m done).  I lost a total of 28 pounds after 2 rounds of P90x and now in fantastic shape.  I was asked the other day how much I lost the second time through and it was only 5 pounds.  I think I had lost the right amount of weight so maybe that’s why but I am more cut than ever. I mentioned that since I took off a few weeks and started eating bad that I felt it everywhere.  Well I gained 6 pounds back and went from 8% body fat to 12%.  Still not happy with these numbers so I plan on going from

P90X Meal of the Week!

My first time through P90X was pretty hardcore!  I followed a super strict diet and it wasn’t the one that Beach body gives you.  I created my own diet through the booklet they give you in the original package.  I seriously was very hardcore about my diet and let me tell you that was part of the reason why I got such great results.  Yes I loved late night snacks and my cold beverages anytime I had a chance.  I promise you that I never cheated once and that includes not eating ice cream at parties or eating fatty foods at any restaurant.  So I am writing about a simple meal that my awesome wife makes me that is way easy to make.  I will post this once a every 2 weeks and maybe it will give you some ideas on what is considered healthy.  Now calories are not really counted but  I follow a tiered system called Michi’s Ladder.  


Michi’s Ladder is not a diet. It’s a simple substitution plan. To lose weight, try swapping the foods you eat for similar foods in tiers 1 and 2. The more you eat in tiers 1 andClick here to continue reading
