How to lose weight?
Surprisingly the topic was the number two most searched on Yahoo for 2010. So I figured I could let you in on some tidbits of how I became successful at losing almost 30 pounds in 90 days. There are many ways to lose weight and doing things like the Biggest Loser show is not the best. The gym membership works if you know what you’re doing or have money to spend on a trainer. Most of my readers all ready know what I am going to promote in this post but that’s not my point. There are several ways to lose weight people. Eating better is most likely your problem along with not being active. I understand YOU don’t have time! Does anyone these days! We hate our jobs(most of us), have financial troubles, fatigued, stressed out from something and most likely have a few children that want all your attention. If one of the above doesn’t involve your name then why are you so out of shape? Tell me!
Is this really why we can’t lose weight or do we get to comfortable and lose touch with ourselves?

This program is very intense and the recovery day is much needed. It is a 32 minute video that consists of stretching and some pretty intense Yoga Moves. Shaun T starts you out with a quick 3 minute warm up and then the fun begins. I like to do this in the early morning or before bed time as I am super relaxed after. Don’t fool yourself this is easier but still a great slower workout.
Many of the moves in the Insanity Recovery DVD are almost the same moves as the other workouts but at a slower pace. The majority of the the workout is spent on focusing on your core and keeping everything in line and balanced. 
The Recovery DVD consists of:
Plank Work and In and Outs- The In and Outs are so much slower and thank god because in the Plyometric circuit Dvd they are challenging.
Downward Dog- Tony Horton made this move popular in his Yoga X video so if you have done P90X it should be easy.
Hamstring stretching- Very obvious here and what a great feeling.
