P90X Meal of the Week (Dinner!)

By phattyfit On July 19, 2011 No Comments

This one is very simple and will only take about 35 minutes to make.  I have a vegetable garden and grow massive zucchini but my wife never knows what to do with all of them.  You can only make so many before you tired of them.  I notice if you buy them at any produce store they are not good and half the size.  Below you will find a simple way to help with your p90x results.  I always think the food is never enough so typically I will add a few sides.  Brown rice and a small salad with oil and vinegar.  Remember that celebrities get in good shape because they can pay someone to eat healthy but if your not filthy rich I would assume you try the meal out below.  I didn’t put amount for each because it is all based on preference and how much you really want.  Please let me know your thoughts.

If you don’t have a coscto membership or one near you check out your local grovery store and make sure you find something close this product.  If
