This is just another reason to try P90X and here it from another celebrity whether a Republican or Democrat. The point is not to endorse his views, it’s simply to show you that everyone and anyone can do the P90X program. Maybe this is why Beachbody is ranked 6th in network marketing!

I have slowly added famous people to my list and if your wondering who else is doing the P90x program then check out what other celebrities are doing it. I initially lost 23 pounds my first time through and now after my second program I am still in great shape. My results have come from P90X and RevAbs and I couldn’t have lost the without the healthy meals and the enhanced guides. If your really considering the next fad then think about another program because this one is here to stay. If your already doing P90x and you have had fantastic results then consider looking into the affiliate program as you can make cash from your results.

This is a the most fun I have had in a workout since Kenpo X but that’s only if you like jumping. The video consists of almost 1 hour of non stop cardio jumping. A lot of people always ask me if you can get hurt doing P90x and I say no unless you don’t stretch properly. You can get hurt doing anything but I guess this would be the workout out of all the DvD’s. In this workout you will need nothing besides a lot more room than usually needed and 8 ft ceilings. No weights, no bands, no pull up bar! I always loved this workout because I play soccer and man does it get your legs ready for running. After about a 6 minutes stretch your flight begins and doesn’t stop for 45 minutes straight.

Consisting of more than 30 explosive, high-intensity jumping moves, this effective cardio routine has been proven to dramatically improve athletic performance. Also known as the “jump training” workout, the P90X Plyometrics routine will push you to your limits and beyond.

Tony starts you off slow by doing several squats and several combination’s of squats. The fun begins when you start twisting and turning and jumping as high as possible. Did I mention one the guys working out in the video has a prosthetic leg!

Exercises during this workout include: Jump Squats, Run-stance Squats, Airborne Heisman, Swing Kick, Squat Reach Jump, Run-stance Squat Switch Pick-up, Double Airborne Heisman, Circle Run, Jump Knee Tucks, Mary Katherine Lunges, Leapfrog Squats, Twist Combo, Rock Star Hop, Gap Jump, Squat Jacks, Military March, Run Squat 180 Jump Switch, Lateral Leapfrog Squats, Monster Truck Tires, Hot Foot, Pitch & Catch, Jump Shot, Football Hero

Conclusion

Unless you are already used to high intensity cardiovascular training, the P90X Plyometrics program is going to be an extreme challenge for you the first few times you go through it. Even if you regularly do other types of cardiovascular training, this workout is very intense, and very challenging.

Once you start to get used to it, and build up your strength and endurance, you can still easily crank the intensity right back up by jumping higher or farther, and/or by speeding up the repetitions of the exercises.

Don’t kill yourself the first time out when you do this workout, but DO give it everything that you’ve got on an on-going basis. This one workout alone will probably burn more calories and do more for your cardiovascular fitness than any other workout that most people have ever been exposed to.

If you still can’t decide check out the free account to learn more. If you have been doing P90x and would like a little help with meals then click here. If you have completed P90x and would like to know what to do next well how about making some extra cash with your results.

Most are skeptical about joining MLM or Multi Level Marketing but there are solid business models out there and Beachbody is one of them.

At just eighteen years old, Matt Morris entered into his first entrepreneurial venture. At twenty, he dropped out of college to pursue business full-time. At twenty-one, he was homeless, $30,000 in debt, living out of his beat up Honda Civic and bathing in gas station bathrooms. It was then that he made a life-changing decision to re-invent himself and his career. Due to a massive commitment to personal development and modeling the success of others, his life began to change quickly. By the age of twenty-four, Matt was earning a six-figure income as an entrepreneur and by the age of twenty-nine, Matt was a self-made millionaire.

So who cares about this Matt guy good for him! Well he rated Beachbody as the # 6th best out of 80 Marketing Network companies. Click here to see the article. I have never promised a quick get rich scheme but its just nice to know that a guy who has done MLM sees the value in Beachbody! His book is actually interesting so if you would like to read it then click below.

The Unemployed Millionaire: Escape the Rat Race, Fire Your Boss and Live Life on YOUR Terms!

I was a firm believer of the products and the business came second. This business is not for everyone but if your going to get in shape then you might as well get credit for telling others. See I got my results first and then became a Coach because I wasn’t getting any credit for referrals. I lost out on several opportunities but that’s ok just don’t do the same mistake that I did. I tell people this, get P90x or RevAbs and try it risk free for 30 days and if your not convinced then return it for a full refund. If you like the product and continue to hit your goals then sign up to be a coach and start making money. Living a healthy lifestyle is the best thing you can do for yourself and your family so if your still on the fence then sign up for a free account and see what others are saying.

So I was really successful at P90X for several reasons but the main one was eating on a diet. As a sales rep or road warrior I need caffeine or my satellite radio to keep me awake. Most of the time I need a combo of both so I am very picky on my coffee. In this post I will share with you some low calorie coffee’s at the bigger coffee chains and of course what to stay away from. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING ELSE! I will be reviewing only what to drink if your going to go to these places.

These will be ranked from best to worst and based on taste, consistency and service. The least calorie coffee is always going to be a black coffee no matter what anyone says( 0 cals). Plus with a black coffee you get to knock off part of your water intake for the day. Remember a person that works out daily should have at a minimum of 64 ounces of water per day.

We have been branded by places like Starbucks to call a small a tall and medium a grande so these are all based on a tall coffee. Also they don’t include whip cream or 2% milk just nonfat. Make it an Iced Latte and save 20 Calories.

Best Taste-Biggby- Get a cappuccino tall for 105 Cals or a Non fat Latte for 116 cals.

Best Black Coffee - Panera Bread or Dunkin Donuts- They have a great dark roast, hazelnut and light roast. (ZERO CALS)

Best Consistent Coffee- Lets clarify what I mean by consistent. It means no matter which one you go to across the world it will always taste the same and the barista’s will know how to make it quick. Cappuccino tall for 60 cals or a Latte for 100 cals.

Some other favorites but not in my area:

Caribou Coffee- I never had it but a Latte is 100 cals here as well. A cappuccino is 50 cals.

Seattle’s Best- It’s a subsidiary of Starbucks

Peets Coffee and Tea-It’s a San Fran Thing

I didn’t do a lot of research outside of Michigan so if you have an opinion let me know and I will add it to the list. I have also started a small Healthy Meals page so click here for more info. If your ready to get results like I did then go to the top and buy the P90X or RevAbs and get ready for summer! If you really want to shred some pounds and drink the healthiest meal of the day then look at the video below.

Egg Salad Sandwich:

6 large eggs
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
Salt and pepper
A tiny squeeze of lemon juice
2 stalks celery, washed and chopped
1/2 bunch chives, chopped
2 small handfuls of lettuce
8 slices of whole grain bread, toasted

Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water by a 1/2-inch or so. Bring to a gentle boil. Now turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for exactly seven minutes. Have a big bowl of ice water ready and when the eggs are done cooking place them in the ice bath for three minutes or so – long enough to stop the cooking. Crack and peel each egg, place in a medium mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, a couple generous pinches of salt and pepper, now mash with a fork. Don’t overdo it, you want the egg mixture to have some texture. If you need to add a bit more mayo to moisten up the mixture a bit, go for it a bit at a time.

Stir in the celery and chives. Taste, and adjust the seasoning and add more salt and pepper if needed.

To assemble each egg salad sandwich: place a bit of lettuce on a piece of toast, top with the egg salad mixture, and finish by creating a sandwich with a second piece of toast.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Serves: 4

I had this today because today is Ash Wednesday and as a Catholic were not supposed to eat meat today. This is also good for the vegetarian fan. You can also keep the rest in a bowl and refrigerate for one day and have for lunch the following day. Ever since I have been doing RevAbs I have had a harder time sticking with a good diet so writing about it helps me stay focused and get good results like I had with P90X.

I tried these out and there perfect for a quick sweet fix. Remember that half the battle is the diet portion when your doing P90X or a program like RevAbs. My diet was probably harder than the workouts just because I’m Italian and I love to eat. Every Sunday I’m going to the parents house and my mom is always trying to shove food down my throat. I kept telling her “Mom how do you expect me to get great results if I eat like this every time”. Of course she always told me that I was fine but now that I lost 23 pounds and have maintained it she has since backed off. It’s even to the point where I convinced mom and dad to do Slim in 6. Yet another successful Beach Body program.

Fruit Parfait

The Harvard School of Public Health recommends that most people have at least NINE half-cup servings of fruits and vegetables per day. So you can see that if you skip breakfast, you’re really putting the pressure on the rest of your meals. A diet high in fruits and veggies lowers the risk of high blood pressure, stroke, heart disease, cancer, and blood sugar problems, as well as offering many other health benefits. This recipe layers yogurt with three different types of fresh fruit. You can substitute any other fruit (preferably seasonal) for one of the fruits in this recipe. (For anyone thinking of hitting the drive-thru at McDonald’s® for its version of this recipe, you could do worse in an emergency, but this is way healthier.)

1-1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt (It costs $2 for a 32 0z container)

1 Tbsp. almonds, chopped fine (granola can replace almonds and falx seed)

1 Tbsp. flaxseed, ground

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup banana’s

1/2 cup any other fruit-Rasberries, cantalope, bluberries

In a bowl, layer ingredients in the following order: 1/2 cup yogurt, followed by a sprinkle of almonds, flaxseed, and strawberries; repeat process with bananas and (whatever order of fruit you choose). If presentation isn’t that important to you, you could just mix it all up in a bowl and eat it.
