P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

Overall there are 24 exercises in the workout so I will tell you about my favorites and go a little into detail with each.  This routine is performed at weeks 5, 6, 7, 10 and 12 and will test your ability to the max.  I think this P90x workout is my favorite because it works a mans most feared areas.  After this workout you will be tight all over the upper body and feel like you can lift anything.  This workout involves lots of push ups, presses and several type of Flys.  

Like any other P90X workout you will always start out with a mini stretch usually lasting about 5- 6 minutes.  After that its non-stop action with a few 30 second breaks.  I believe the hardest exercises on this DVD is the beginning where your doing 3 in 1 push ups.  These push ups test your ability to actually go slow in push up mode.  You go down for a 3 count and then up for a 3 count but after 3 times you quickly do 3 punch ups fast.  I have done this program twice and can now get through the first sequence.  Tony Horton takes you through
