Chest , Shoulders, Triceps.
Love this one becuase its all about push ups. In this P90X workout your doing Flys, Chair Dips and lots of push ups. I always feel really tight all over after this P90x workout. I also forgot that there is an option to do Ab Ripper X as well after this workout. 15 minutes of pure Ab workout. I hate it but I love it. I have always used the recovery drink after this workout and I supplement a meal with a beachbody protein shake.

Plyometrics
Lots of jumping and twisting and turning in this P90x workout. I cant believe how much sweat came off me on this workout. I always feel like I can run a marathon after this one.

Yoga X
No guy will like this right out of the gate but after now doing it so many times Yoga X has made me so flexible its unbelievable! I never thought Yoga was hard until I did this workout. Make sure you have a yoga block. To all the guys out there, Yoga is not for just chicks!
